Straight Up Cooked

Headband; American Apparel
Necklace; Claires
Shorts; American Apparel
Shoes; Rooster- Jeffery Campbell
I wore this outfit to the Winnipeg Folk Festival, which was pretty amazing! K'naan preformed and was pretty decent, but there was one band from Los Angeles playing like jazz with really upbeat sounds, it's hard to describe but it was so good and really hyped everyone up! It was definitely worth the 50$ day pass, everyone should come check it out!
Now back to the outfit; about my purse, i've worn it another looks but here's a better photo with the purse in it, which displays the purse wonderfully. And I decided to match all these retro accessories with my retro high waisted shorts because the Folk Festival is very hipster/hippie so you can really get in touch with your inner hippie and experiment with clothing, it's great! And I obviously had to pair them up with my favourite shoes (check out this blog entry to read my rant about how much I love my shoes!). Enjoy my fun and playful facial expression because I rarely do this ;)
Go check out my look on loobook, but it might not be on for loooonngg so go hype&comment&fan! And, tell your friends!
But I've had a long day, I'm all worn out so goodnight xo (:

Well Isn't That Just "Peach"y.

Sunglasses; The Bay
Dress; Hush
Purse; Urban Outfitters
Shoes; Rooster- Jeffery Cambell <3
I snuck into my neighbours yard to take this photo, which turned out so well, I'm going to sneak into it more often...Anyways, I love the colour of this dress because it is so bright which is perfect for summer and matches amazingly with my new mint jeffery cambell shoes! <3 I wore this look to a friends good bye potluck and I've worn it to many parties. This dress is perfect for everything because it has lace at the top and all the back is lace, sorry you can't really see....
And my shoes, omg I love my shoes! THey are Jeffery Cambell form the spring collection '12 and I got them as a graduation present. My parents got them for me, and they got them when I was in the store with them so I saw them while they were purchasing them and started crying...It was so embarrassing! But I was so happy! Ive never had designer shoes or shoes this expensive ever in my life so....they are a perfect gift! I love them os much because they are the colour mint, which is my new favourite colour and its a very trendy colour, and because they have studs on them!! (as you can see below)
See? STUDS! So my parents really nailed my fashion sense with these shoes <3 Love love love my minty-studded persian slipper Jeffery Cambell shoes <3
Moving on form my love for these shoes........You can go check out my look on lookbook for once! So go check it out, check out my other looks too and hype, hype & fan away! :)
Have a great day e'ryone! (:

Canada Day !

Happy Canada Day to my fellow Canadians! Im on my way to a parade to meet up with a couple of my friends, and since it's scorching hot out this is what I'm wearing;
The dress is from Abercrombie&Fitch and the belt is form Para Mix. Pairing tho cute dress, which I purchased years ago and still love to this very day <3, with a pair of nude sandals and a brown purse.
This look isn't on lookbook  because I feel like its a little too simple.
But anyways, I gotta go! Have a great night, and to my fellow canadians, go party hard! ;)

Graduation Day!

Dress; LA Collections
This is what I wore to my high school graduation sunday! It was a pretty hectic day but I had the funnest night of my life. I had to wake up at nine to go get my hair done, get my makeup done at twelve then on my way to a friends to take photos! Then spent hours and hours and more hours being photographed and yet, this is the only photo of just me in my dress...regretting it. But now that high school is over, I'm gonna miss it. It was definitely the best years of my life, met the people ill always remember and grow old with, gonna go on living life with memories I couldn't forget even if I tried and yet it was all over in a blink of an eye. And now for the hard part; living life, in the real world.
Anyways, back to my look! I paired it up with a pair of shoes from Rooster and a lace clutch from BCBGMAXZARIA. The shoes were black with gold and silver detailing to it (hard to describe, will post photo soon!) and the clutch was black lace with gold underneath (ill post a photo too!). I decided not to wear any jewellery because I don't really like to wear any so I kept it simple. Here's a better photo of my clutch, but it's one with a friend so don't mind him ;

Well so long and now to have a sob fest by myself, have a good one everyone

Rihanna was my inspiration

You're all probably wondering why I posted a photo of Rihanna and her gorgeous red hair, well keep calm and read on! My graduation is coming up in a couple days and I'm wearing a white, sweet-heart neckline gown. Im pairing up my gown with some simple black and gold accessories. since my dress is white and my accessories are black and gold, my whole look won't be much colour and because I always like to be colourful, I decided to dye my hair rihanna red. I wanted my hair a bit brighter, more like the colour rihanna is wearing but it turned out like so;
But I'm not complaining, because i simply love it! Its bright and eye catching and will really pop against my white dress. I love being a red head and for once, I am excited to go to grad! I don't really know what I'm doing with my hair yet, Ill probably figure it all out tomorrow.
But anyways, quoting another lookbooker, "stay beautiful!"

The City is My Playground

Little Black Dress; Urban Outfitters
I'm sorry the photo is of such bad quality but it was taken on my phone and in a bar bathroom so this is how it turned out.
Ever girl needs a little black dress, and that could not be more true! Tonight I truly live a "You Only Live Once" (YOLO <3) kind of night! To start it off, I got all dress up; black dress, black eyeliner and pulled out my red lipstick. Then my parents just look at me, and my dad tells me how I look like a prostitute. Thanks dad.....But you see, I had to get all dressed up to pass as an eighteen yr old. Where I'm from, the legal drinking age is 18 but however I am 17. So I need to glam it up to try and pass for an 18 yr old so I could go bar hopping! Which I ended up doing! A couple of my friends and I found this great place that doesn't ID and has an amazing atmosphere, so it is now our local bar for the summer <3
While at the bar, this girl was having he birthday party there with a couple of friends so she bought all the finger light things (which is on my finger), but I guess some of her friends left so we just took them! We went driving all over the city and brought our new flash lights with us (:
Then we went to a house party and just danced the rest of the night. It was a pree sick night, I had such an amazing  time!
But anyways, back to the outfit I wore to wreak all this havoc. I wore this LBD with my Urban Outfitters brown purse and paired it up with some leopard heals! And the classic touch of red lipstick ;) You can go check out my look on lookbook too!
Any who, hope your nights are adventurous as mine will be! :)

Aussi Brusquement

Earrings- Aldo
Top- Aritzia
Shorts- Urban Outfitters
Purse- Urban Outfitters
Sandals- Aldo
So while I was posing for tese photos, my mailman came up and it was super awkward because he's young, short, has ratty hair, a beard and looks creepy. Plus while he was leaving, he looked back with this huge creeper smile on his face and says "You look BEAUTIFUL!". Like fml, ahahahahahahahahah.
I bought these crochet shorts while I was in Vancouver, and for a long time didn't know what to pair them with until I decided to pair it with a white top. Why? Because I love the way white on off-white looks, it looks neutral yet classy. Especially when your accessories our colourful. My accessories are my brown purse, a sky-blue ring and these peacock earrings.
I posted this look on my lookbook, but i might take it off because it aint doing as well as I thought it would.....grrr.
Oh well, hope everyone is  having a better night/day then I'm having!
